Shipping Policy
For UK customers we offer the following:

Second Class Standard Delivery - £3.99. This will be for Items that weigh less than 2kg
Second Class Standard Delivery - £6.50. This will be for items over 2kg but below 20kg.

All items are posted via Royal Mail and may need to be signed for.

Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product we offer a 14 days return policy from date the goods are received. Please send an email so that arrangements can be made.
The item must be in its original packaging and unopened. Due to Health & Safety, we are unable to accept items that have been opened and used. We are more than happy to offer a full refund or to send a replacement, once the item has been received.

If the purchase was made in error then the onus will be on the buyer to incur the cost of postage and packaging. Once received we will provide a refund or replacement, as appropriate.
