  • Please ensure that you burn until the wax has melted to the edges of the glass. This will ensure that you do not experience any tunnelling (wax has built up around the sides) so will get a full burn from the candle.
If you do get tunnelling, get a disposable spoon or spatula and remove the excess wax (when it is cool). You can use this as a wax melt in an appropriate burner, so no wastage.

Always make sure your Woodwick is trimmed to ensure a proper burn before every use and only when the candle has completely cooled down (you can do this by just pinching the burnt wick off).

Please note a metal sustainer keeps the woodwick upright so you will be left with a small amount of wax at the base of the glass. When the wax has cooled, scoop out the wax with a disposable spoon and place in a wax melt burner so you can use as a wax melt.
