All our Body Butters are made with Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Mango Butter.
Shea Butter is a truly remarkable super butter. It works as a moisturiser, is anti-inflammatory and because it is high in Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) it is believed to hold anti-aging properties. The butter is extracted from the Karite Tree, which is aptly named the "Tree of Life". Given the wonderful properties this butter possesses, one can understand why.
Mango Butter is a Super moisturiser. It is high in Oleic and Stearic acid so really helps with keeping the skin silky smooth. It is high in anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatory, and great for acne prone skin.
Coconut Oil is a wonder oil for the skin and hair. It is a rich Moisturiser, with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, hydrating and really penetrates the skin.
The combination of these butters provides a whipped butter that is silky and smooth to the touch. Beautifully moisturising, the wonderful properties will leave your skin feeling hydrated, nourished and silky smooth with the knowledge that you have kissed your skin happy with clean, pure, natural, unrefined and organic butters. Cocoa Shea Butter - INDULGENCE - This beautiful rich and warm butter contains no essential oils so is perfect for little ones, pregnant and nursing mommies. It contains unrefined organic cocoa butter, which is high in anti-oxidants, fighting off free radicals which can cause skin aging and dull skin. It is wonderful for reducing stretch marks (perfect for hydrating and moisturising that growing bump). To ensure longevity, please keep the jar out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.
Store below 24 degrees.
In warm weather the butter can become soft but it will reconstitute itself in cooler temperatures. If you prefer, you can keep the butter in the refridgerator, which will soothe hot or itchy skin, and keep the butter firm.
